lawful statement for below question
1. whose responsibility to take care of physically challenged sibling
is it responsibility of other sibling or
father, though parents got divorced
or no law is there to take care of any person other than parents
the immediate family relative of the person concerned shall be considered as the guardian. it can be the father, brother, any sibling or any family member until the court appoints someone else.
