judgment-debtor Number

Rama chary Rachakonda (Secunderabad/Highcourt practice watsapp no.9989324294 )     20 April 2020

judgment debtor is a person against whom a judgment ordering him to pay a sum of money has been obtained and remains unsatisfied.

G.L.N. Prasad (Retired employee.)     20 April 2020

The number denotes the order of names stated in the Judgment.  If the Judgment debts or A, B, C , D etc., then JD 1 (d),  JD 2 (B)  JD 3 (C)  JD 4 (d) etc for brevity.

Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     21 April 2020

These are locally developed abbreviation(s) presumably for Judgment Debtor against the person a decree has been passed.

What is the advise of your lawyer if it is a true story ?
