My wife filed a divorce case in 2018. So far 3 hearings and 4 exparte hearings are over. I have not attended even a single hearing. Still divorce is pending. Is there any time perior and/or limit for number of exparte hearing in divorce casr?

When court is satisfied that the other paty is not intrested to join the proceedings despite served properly court may pass an expate order.its depends upon the satisfaction of court and insistance of plaintiff.

If you have decided to remain ex-parte in the case then why are you worried, let the Court take its own time, efforts and pronounce its decision ?

Sometimes the court may post the matter for evidence with a long date of adjournment, suppose the petitioner is not able to attend the court on that particular date, then the court may adjourn the matter again with a long date for evidence.
Hence you may check the ecourts website the actual reason for pending.

Thank you for prompt reply sir. She only remain ex-parte. She is stretching the hearings. How long she can stretch this hearing sir?
