A pvt.ltd company required at least two members in order to register,both the members can be a director cum shareholder of the company.A pvt ltd.company can have up to 200 person as members as per the company act .second in a pvt ltd company there should be minimum two directors required ..

2.obtain director identification number.
3.Reservation of name.
4.certificate of incorporation.
5.start your business now.
