For trademark registration one has to provide an address of India in the application and address proof is not required. Further, one has to attach the following documents.

• Name, address, nationality of the applicant;
• Certificate of Incorporation- In case of company/ LLP;
• PAN card of the Applicant;
• Date of any prior use of the trademark and supporting documents;
• Power of attorney signed by the applicant;
• Trademark logo (if any) in JPEG format.
