Can you please state the full facts.
Are you referring to any order passed by a judge/magistrate. In Court Orders sections are not mentioned, however an order is not a final decree.

Yes, the Query is unclear.

I'll, nevertheless, attempt to elucidate it from my side.

The Questioner reads C. P. C.    He finds Sections.      But he doesn't find a particular Rule of a particular Order.
