gratuity for fixed term contract employee

I am working with an organisation as fixed term contract employee. I joined here on 12-01-2018 for one year contract ending on 11-01-2019. then this contract again got extended for one year and i got new one year contract extension letter.they are deducting gratuity amount from my salary every month and same is also mentioned in my salary slip. this gratuity amount is included in my CTC. could I got this gratuity amount if I resigned here before completion of 5 years. actually this query is bcoz I am not permanent employee.

yes they are deducting gratuity amount every month from salary and it shows in salary slip also.
about contractual employee, I am fixed term contract employee. first they offer me one year contract then got extension for another one year and now they have given 6 months extension.. so how I will complete 5 year here? probability of completing 5 year is very less.

I think u dont understand about fixed term contract employee... and instead of understanding this u are getting irritated.. employer who offer fixed term contract for employee to them they don't give joining as on role employee.. u should understand about the practices for fixed term contract employee
