But the Defendant filed petition in Sec 340 of CrPC, Sec 196, 341, 465, 471 of IPC.
PW2 signed two types of signatures. In Promissory Note one type and Chief another signed different signatures.
Plaintiff filed two types signature of proofs.
But Judge asked any citation. Please give me any suggestion or citation.
Please how to dismiss that petition.
