Power of attorney

Hello, I am buying a property in Maharashtra but we live in Gujarat. I want to give PoA to my father who resides in Gujarat. We are planning to get PoA registered in Gujarat and use it at the time of registration of the property in Maharashtra. 1. Will there could be a problem in using PoA registered in another state? 2. Do we have re register it in maharashtra.what is the process? Thanks!
