you have the right to get it in hindi or on your language.

it is constitutional right.

just request the party,ie ps, to give it's translated copy.if they do not hear, pray to the court for the same.

Dear Arup,

I know it is my right. Party is not giving it to me and neither Court aggreing for the same.

Court says that Govt. Of Maharashtra has made a Resolution that Marathi is Official Language of courts in Maharashtra hence translated copy cannot be given to me.

Please help me wtih some Constitutaion Sections or Supreme Court Citations in this matter.1

U can officially get translated copy of the marathi charge sheet in english through Bom High Court Translation section .....
