Dear Sir,
I am from Ahmedabad. My employer has not paid my salary for the month of Feb-06 & March-06. So, that i have filled a case against him under Payment of wages act. But in the court they have submit photocopies of Salary register for the said month with my duplicate & false signature. The signature is cleary shown the difference between my orignal siganture & the false signature.
So, can i fill a Criminal case against them under IPC. Which liability is come to them after filling of the case. I have done the service for 7 years but they do not have pay me my Grauatiy, Leave salary & bonus till date
Pl. give me proper guidance regarding this.
