Mutual divorce dismissed.advice required for contested divor

Six months back Couple has filed for mutual divorce after separation of 1.5 years.Total tenure of marriage is 7 years.First motion has been done six months back.On the date of second motion husband withdraw the concent and case got dismissed.Wife has already taken alimony amounting Rs 20 L during first motion only.There were no cases like DV,498 a etc before filing of mutual divorce and it is clearly mentioned in agreement that husband and wife will not file any cases in future and wife will not claim any maintenance.Need your able guidance on following points

1) On what grounds wife can contest divorce case.
2) Can wife put any sort of 498a,dowry,DV cases on husband to get divorce because there is separation of 2 years and mutual divorce which got dismissed clearly state that there were no cases before filing of mutual divorce and wife will not put any case in future
3) If wife go for cases like 498a,dowry,DVetc after dismissal of mutual divorce.What will be the standing of these cases infront of court?Will it be consider as after thought or counter blast against withdraw of consent

4) can maintance will be claimed after getting alimony

Yes wife can file a divorce case.
yes wife can file dv act and other cases
yes wife can demand for maintenance as the 2nd motiois pending so they are wife and husband so she has each and every right to a wife.
