Query

I am a member of a housing society with 135 members. 5 out of 10 Managing Committee Members resigned. Can the rest continue ? Can they coopt eligible members ? Should they call for a fresh election and elect for 5 vacancies or all 10 members ?

Yes with all members consult,they can go for election to add more 5 members.

Or

all 135 members can bring resolution and pass/allowed 5 more members to join committee.
