what is the age limit for rape?

1. Rape can be conducted even by a teenager or a very senior citizen, on even an infant and such cases are aplenty in the media.  Google them and find details, as much as you want.

2. Under present Indian laws, there is no AGE exemption for Rape. Any age person can Rape any age person and get entitled to Jail /Death penalty.

Though age limit is not stipulated, possibility will be looked into by the Presiding Officer.

Rape by women is not stipulated and, what's more, is not looked into either.   At a time when it's women who rape overwhelmingly.     Nay, every woman rapes but is never convicted.
