FCRA registration of ngo society

	A refusal letter is given to ngo under sec 12(4)b of FCRA. No other reason is given in refusal letter. pls guide us that what is next step, whether we should refile application or file appeal against this letter.

Inside of 12(4) there are many grounds explain, which need to fullfiled before registration

so may be your NGO is not fullfiled some grounds......without seeing your all facts cant say under which grounds it rejected.....so please appoint prudent lawyer as soon as possible to solve that grounds and re-apply
