Ours is a pvt ltd company established in 2016. We have the following queries:
1. We have crossed the limit of 20 employees, including directors, in the month of November. Will the Bonus Act be applicable to us?
2. If yes, then do we need to pay bonus for the period November '19 to March '20 or for the full Financial Year 2019-20?
3. We pay incentive based on sales to some of our employees. Can we offset the same against bonus?

Incetive and bonus are two different connotations and components for motivation of employees.
Bonus is mandatory whereas incentive is optional.
Bonus has to be paid for FY 2019-20
