Partnership agreement in future

Can there be agreement for entering into partnership business at a future date like sale agreement for immovable property but the consideration or capital is not fixed and would be of future date.

Every agreement must enforceable by law.it must be legal.so if it is legal and lawful then it is binding..so you may proceed as per law.
