Before marriage the nominee is mother and after marriage the policyholder dies. To whom the claim will be settled ? And in what percentage???

to the mother. as nominee is mother on records,
wife can file case for objections and court will further direct the share of mother and wife.

If the claim is already settled,if nothing works out amicably,through court interference wife can get her share.
if the claim is not settled,sent a rival claim letter to the insurance company.
