Oral Arguments

Sir,
From past 2 dates plaintiff lawyer didn't visited Court during arguments stage.

Today Plaintiff junior lawyer asked for time for their argument, judge told time can't be given..

Later he asked Defendant to do argument in next date and instructed plaintiff junior lawyer to put their written argument from their side.

Will Judge give again opportunity for Plaintiff lawyer to do Oral arguments..

or

Post for Judgment after defendant argument submission.

Sorry if my Doubt is very Basic.....

Purely based on the circumstances. If plaintiff adv requests court for further time normally court will not allow and insist them either for filing PA or Oral argument by passing over the case on the very same day

When the court has asked the plaintiff advocate to submit written arguments, it is a golden opportunity and you need not apprehend anything and the court exempted oral arguments of the Plaintiff advocate.

The defendant may submit his arguments.  Insist the plaintiff advocate to file the written arguments.

After submissions from both sides, the Judge reserves the judgment and gives next date for pronouncing the same.
