Fdp petition question to implead 3rd party

I am a onwer of a property and iam in possession,my mother also a owner of property but my uncle's have filed fdp petition after passing order in original suit there my mother is party in both suits but i am not a party in both suits but I have gone consult a lawyer to implead me as third party in fdp petition but my lawyer has filed petition u/o 21 Rule 97&101R/w section. 151 cpc but the court has not impleaded me as third party and honourable court has rejected my petition. next how can implead in fdp what is the next step to implead me as 3rd party in fdp petition
