FIR was register on my friend
(women)on above sections without any techinical proof, then after I accompanied her to police station to know about the situation,they also attached me in case diary,they have illegaly detained us for a day with out information given to our family people,even there was no complaint on me ,how can they do these all nonsense ?

You can complaint to senior officer about illegal detention by police officer.
