Appeal or revision for enhancement of sentence

Sir in a complaint u/s 138 NI Act bring filed by me, Court has convicted accused and sentenced him with only flee bite sentence and now under which section I Can file Revision/Appeal for enhancement of Sentence ?

1. You can file for enhancement of Compensation to you /Sentence to Accused. However, enhancement of sentence to Accused depends on several parameters during Trial proceedings. Awarding sentence to Accused is the sole discretion of the Trial court.
