land surveying

when I applied for agricultural land surveying and the Govt surveyor give notices to the adjacent land owners for attending the survey and if they have not turned up what will be the repurcursions? please explain in detail

Go to BLRO/LRO of your local to complete the survey,with details documents,and also associate with local lawyers.
