Power of attorney

Dear Sir, Is the notorised(By notary)Power of Attorney not duly registered is enforceable in a court of law not ?

It depends on the need and circumstances and type of POA given for purposes.   Generally, those POA with the shared benefit involving properties are only Registered and for simple representation in a matter, general POA duly notarized is sufficient.  Courts are accepting notarized POA on behalf  of plaintiff after considering such factors of necessity.

For dealings in large value properties registered power of attorney is desirable.
