Road encroachment and my plot frontage encroachment

Dear Sirs, My plot Frontage ,a portion of my Plot and Corporation Road 40ft was encroached by a person and constructed. He made one duplicate Assignment patta for three cents and altered the sketch to 7 cents also Registered for 7 cents without any previous documents. Thasildhar gave a Encroachment report to Chennai corporation but Corporation delaying the process by asking silly questions and explanations for the last 6 months. What is to be done now. Contact a local advocate and seek injunction, from competent court with the documentary evidence of your title deed, surveyor report, and copy of the complaint made to Corporation for the encroachment. You can also make those authorities that violated /diluted the norms for giving such permission or ignored your complaint as parties.
