Signed on bond for job for 2 year - it company

Sri, I singed a bond for job where this was my need to get a job as I had no any job. Jobless

Company signed a bond for 2 years else I have to pay salary against that.

Company did not give second copy too of it even they did not allow to take photo of it.

It is a outsourcing company who provide IT engineers to other companies as Outsource.

Please guide..

What guidance you require as a desktop engineer when you have failed to take a copy, though modern technology gives hundreds of opportunities to get a copy in many ways. Ask your HRD for a copy in a polite manner, remind them and wait till the agreement terms come into effect.

Another post apart from this original is totally different...

This is purely my case, please do not mix another post with this Original post . This case clearly tells that they taken sign and not at all ready to give a second copy on the same day i signed.

This company signs bond from every one and tells that "we do not give any other copy of this bond to any one and no employee is allowed to take photo of this bond copy".
