cancellation of bail

Charge sheet is not filed filed within 90 days.. Accused is released on bail.. A day after his release charge sheet was filed.. Can he be prosecuted?
Whether his bail can be canceled? If he is a previous offender and has anger issues.

in some serious cases bail can be cancelled ..because bail is not a matter of right in these cases
