Wife not giving address and has ran away with child

My wife left my home 1.5 years back and is not returning. She had filed RCR but when I said I am ready to stay with her she stopped appearing in court. Now I was about to file child visitation and custody but she left the place where she was living and now I don't know where she is. What are my options to find where she is and how to file visitation without knowing where she is? Please help. My son is 3 years old
