Cheque Bounce-Person Dead

Please advise as to what can be done if a person dies while the case of cheque bounce is in the court of law.

My father has given a loan to his friend some years back.My father died and hence he refused to pay the money,i have filed the case in court and served him notices but before he could appear in court the man (father's friend)also died.

so in this situation what can be done,can i recover my fathers money or the case is finished.

you can file civil suit against LRs of deceased.

Can the Civil suit help me recover my money from his family,what are the technicalities involved with this case,will it be easy to recover the money as both of the persons are no more.

you can file a suit for recovery money  aganist the LRs of the deceased.

In 138 proceedings there is no question of adding LR’s, yes I do agree with Mr.Krishnahaiah, you may go for civil battle for recovery of money. Better you counsel a lawyer in personally.
