If there is permission, and knowledge and when the employer is not having any inconvenience in employee's higher education without negligence of his assigned duties and responsibilities, it is at the discretion of the employer to take further action.

whether the apppinting authroity has permitted him to join study?
whether his calsses overlap duty period, if so whetherhe is on leave?
