I am working in Maharashtra state power generation co.ltd as Lower divisional clerk it's been only 9months and I been on leave for 3montha unpaid....Now I want to resign from the job immediately due my personal reasons but before I have to rejoin...bcz still I am on my leave .
Can I rejoin and resign same day with immediate effect.
