Bond of 1 year-outsourcing-information technology low salary

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had to sign on 1 year bond in outsourcing company as an engineer.

I have lot of queries

Is it valid?

There would not be any chance to apply for future growth in a  year. whereas I am a needy to get job, so i agreed to sign but salary is very low.

so, i that case will not be able to go for future growth as per my speciality in the same field.

Please guide me if i get good opportunity but can not fulfill as per bond requirements.

Please suggest.

thanks & regards,

Neel

This forum is meant for offering guidance involving legal issues.

Without knowing the name of the company, your job responsibilities etc., no one can offer any guidance.

As the bond is just for one year, you may gain experience and in every work there is something to learn.

You have just commenced your career and travel for three decades more and should take all risks depending on your family commitments and thirst for learning in practical way.
