citizenship of India

If a person dont have any documents prior to 1971 but he posses birth certificate of 23.04.1986. Will he included in NRC. His grandfather came to India in 1967 because of religious matter ? But no document is present now. Refugee slips is not there as they took shelter in relatives house.

Unless anybody question his citizenship, no problem will arise.If he had obtaied any identity ie.Ration card,school certificate residential proof etc.,it could be the basis.

where from his grandparent came?

why they came?

How did they come?

why they did not came earlier?

where were they on 15.8.1947?

From Bangladesh oct1971, because of torture (no dicument), from broder without visa, they did not come earlier because that time was not torture, in 1947 they were in Bangladesh
