We are a Owner's Association of 60 members in the process of taking over maintenance from the builder Unitech in outskirts of Chennai. What all documents should we get from the builder.
1. Is there any separate registration document for common area?
2. The builder has planned for Sewage treatment plant in the approval but has not provided. We are in a Village. Is there any legal liability on the association now or in future due to non provisioning of Sewage treatment plant?
3.Can the builder pass on any liability in future on the association? How to check if there are any?
