Selling shares in Partnership firm, possible?!

Hi,
Is that been possible to sell the shares (or firm) of a partner, the one who holding 60% of stake as per Partnership agreement, to a third party (incoming partner)?

If been possible so, is that all asets like firm's land, and also liabilities, if any, automatically transferred to the incoming partner?!

Looking forward the answer from Experts!
Thanks.

You need go through the partnership deed,if there is any such clause  you can invoke that in absence you can dissolve the partnership and execute a fresh partnership deed,
