Hi, I am a father of 2 kids and got divorced. I am paying child and spousal support. US court ordered my employer to withdraw the child support money from salary and send it to my ex-wife through govt. agency in US. I just got a job in a MNC in India which is German based but has huge US presence. Question is if move to India, will that US court order can bind that MNC in India so that HR of the MNC in India has to send my child support and spousal to ex-wife who is residing in US with my kids. Are the US based MNCs are bound to US laws regarding the child support? Please help me.
