My property duly registered in my name is occupied by my brother (allowed in good faith) since the day it was bought (last 25 years) . Now the brother is buying the property from me for 25% (~30lakhs) of the market value (~1.2 Crores) within the next 3 weeks. I am willing to sell it to anybody for a better price who is willing to buy it on the condition of without letting my brother know of the transaction.
