Purchase of agricultur land

A person having no agricultural land herei
n before wants to purchase agricultural land, is he do so, is there any latest amendment for the matter please,guide.

He can approach revenue authorities of concerned state to purchase the agricultural land for non agriculturists and proceed with conditions .if Ur eligible to fulfil u can purchase
