Does two FIR in different states under same charges are maintainable?

my ex-wife has filed two fir with charges 498A,323,504,506, section 3&4 of dowry act..one in ahmedabad and second iin uttarpradesh.I had divorced my wife by an expartie decision(2015)..she filed FIR on 2016 in ahmedabad and second one on 2018 in uttar pradesh against me and my other family members..but the charges and accused remains same.

Whatever you need to file a petition in either of the High Courts to get one of the complaint's to get dropped on the ground of mentioned facts.One cannot be tried twice on same charges at same time on same grounds. Other way is to file petition is Supreme Court and call the records of both the cases and the court would club them with appropaite directions.
