Counter claim.

The husband has filed divorce petition and the wife has submitted written statement along with counter claim. If the divorce petition is dismissed whether the wife can file a separate divorce suit from proper court? If the petition of husband is not dismissed whether the wife can file separate divorce suit? Can any one pl answer in both the scenarios?

Y she has to file suit for divorce when husband has filed.let she give consent

Wife can file seperate divorce petition. However if wife consent for divorce in the husband's divorce petition then it will be easy.

I wanted to know when the counter claim by the wife is pending which is a cross suit whether she can file another divorce suit from proper court?
