Query relating Proprietorship Firm

I have a query relating a Proprietary firm of my father in an industrial company that if my father desires to designate me as the Power of attorney of the firm, then is there any possibility that I may not get any job in the said company in future because of I am being granted as the Power of attorney of my father's firm?

Please advice me soon.
Thank you and have a great day ahead !!

Ronit!

Granting a Power of Attorney i.e. POA does not mean you cannot get the job. As a POA you will be empowered to do certain acts on behalf of the Proprietor. But you can work in the company on any position, POA can be given to the person working in the firm, family member or Thrid Party also.

So being a POA Holder is completely different and does not obstruct your employment in the firm, in any manner whatsoever.

Hope I have been able to address your concern. For further queries, you may call on 9324538481 or visit www.dalmialaw.com
