Any way to know if a wife has filed a 498a or DV case ?

Can we find out if a woman has filed 498a or DV case against the ex husband, but is concealing it? Any way to know?

Give respect to the wife after concealing otherwise it effects to the forthcoming born children. Domestic violence against men is almost nil as there is no provision in any law to protect a man. As a result of which we have many cases where women use their rights in making false complaint against their husbands with the motive of harassing them.

Sir the answer is not clear, sorry. Is there any way to know if a woman has filed these kind of cases against her ex husband? It matters in cases of second marriage.

Unless she is legally divorced the second marriage is not legally valid. You can directly ask or take a letter from your wife that she has not filed any such cases in the past.
