Live in relationship

If man is married and have son and daughter of him and divorce is not granted order by court from last 2 year to husband and wife than can he live in relationship with other woman without taking divorce ?

he can live with that other woman, but in that case the wife is entitled to get divorce and probably the amount of alimony will also likely to be significant.

if he is not paying any amount of alimony to his wife in that condition what is the legal procedure to get justice...?
