My wife left home within 6 months of living with me, tried patching up and it didnot work out. Hence filled Divorce, after that she filled RCR and DV case, She dont want to come back but she was asking huge amount for giving Divorce. Hence I withdraw divorce Yesterday. and i mentioned i ready to accept her in her RCR petition. Can she withdraw her RCR also now? if she wins RCR and if she doesnt come back i thought of filling the Divorce again with ground as Desertion.
If she withdraws her RCR petition can i refer that and file for Divorce again? Please suggest.
