Appearing of complaint case under listed motion

Against quashing of a complaint case the judgement of Hon'able Judge was " Let the matter appear under the same hearing "Listed Motion" two week hence".

Already 4 month passed but yet now it was appeared in the Appellate side monthly list during  past 4 months of  the Court.

Please advise accodingly.
