application of 340crpc before charge frame

sir i have received a charge sheet in that charge sheet i found some forged documents so before charge frame and before trail can i go for sec 340 crpc. will court accept this application if my case is pending. thank you.

you may approach high court to quash charge sheet

Dear Mirza, please disclose how you found that documents produced in chargesheet are forged? first this thing has to established beyond any reasonable doubt before court. But just heresay statements of you wont work out in court
