i need help for application filed bofore the high court for medical treatment who is convicted

if appeal is pending before High Court then an interlocutory application will be filed praying for medical treatment. It is Govt's responsibility to treat a person in custody and provide all medical facilities if it is failing then you may file the petition before High Court.
