Ji, for registration of Adoption Deed requires both parties i.e. the biological parents and Adoptive parents (except in any died) shall attend SRO. The age of adoptive boy/girl should not exceed 15 years. The stamp duty required is Rs.35/- in more States or Rs.100/- a maximum. However consult in local SRO as stamp duties vary from one state to other State.
