Applied for divorce but getting married

My girlfriend who has applied for divorce in 2017, and now she has filed for Domestic violence (DV) case now. Question is it's being 2 years and we have to move on with life. So my question is Can we marry when the first marriage divorce petition filed . ??? Pls advice Thanks in advance.

Without obtaining decree of divorce and waiting 90 days from date of decree you should not marry as your new union will not be legal in terms of law.

Ji, without divorce you will marry it will come under Bigamy. so wait till the decree issued.
