benefit from CCL to a only son

Respected sir my name is Ravi Ranjan I am son of late Dr NK Singh my father expired on 2007 because my mother was missing from 2004 I got the death certificate of my father and a death declaration from court civil death of mother in 2018. no any benefits are released from CCL to the only son Ravi Ranjan .what to do . need help.
